Terms & Conditions
Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is only considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from us. Rates are quoted per room per night and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. A deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain rates or peak periods. The remaining balance is settled at check-in or check-out as agreed.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies vary by rate and season. Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for the first night. Special offer and non-refundable rates have stricter conditions, detailed at the time of booking.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested and are subject to availability. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time, especially for late-night arrivals.
Guest conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff and property. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to leave without refund in cases of disorderly conduct, damage to property or violation of local laws.
Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings, vehicles or valuables unless caused by our negligence. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is also not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nafplio, Argolis, Greece.
